The Point Loma Woods Homeowner’s Association was established in 1981 to enforce and regulate the Rules and Regulations and to maintain the common areas of the development.  Pont Loma Woods is located in Point Loma, CA and includes the streets Southernwood Way, Tingley Lane, and Windflower Way.

This website exists solely as a resource to Point Loma Woods residents, who may come here to obtain copies of HOA documents or to determine contact information for the current Board of Directors.
